Yogesh is a successful media and entertainment entrepreneur. As CEO, Yogesh helps define the company's mission, manage its fast growth, recruit top talent in multiple locations worldwide, guide technology and product development, and establish strong relationships across the industry. Prior to AdaptiveAds, he co-founded and led Personiva which provided face-based personaliztion solutions to advertisers. He was also the co-founder and editor-in-chief of siliconindia, a magazine, web site, and events company for South Asian professionals worldwide with over 500,000 regular users. Before siliconindia, he was a television director and producer in India where he directed over 400 prime-time television shows. He holds a BA in Physics and a MA in Philosophy from Delhi University.

CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR, INDIA
Sanjay manages product and service delivery operations. His primary role is to build and drive the team to realize the vision of the company. He brings 20 years of experience in multi-media productions for India's entertainment industry and has a knack for managing people of varied profiles to deliver big projects. Over the span of his career, he produced more than 75 documentary and educational films, and provided content to top media and entertainment companies, including Sony Entertainment Television, Zee Television, Star TV Network and The Times of India Group. Immediately prior to co-founding AdaptiveAds, Sanjay led product operations for Personiva, a facial image-based video personalization company. Prior to Personiva, Sanjay was the Executive
Producer of the Indian version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" and also produced a feature film. He holds a MA in Visual Media from Mass Communications Research Centre, Delhi.

DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Ray brings many years of product and engineering experience in the high tech industry. Prior to AdaptiveAds, Ray held senior product roles at Yahoo! Search Engine Marketing and at eBay’s PayPal unit. He has also held engineering and management roles at Hewlett-Packard and Tyan Computer. Ray holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

DIRECTOR, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Art manages the deployment of online campaigns with AdaptiveAds' clients. He has spearheaded and managed successful interactive campaigns for numerous top brands, including HP, Levi's, McDonald's, Paramount and many others. He comes to his current role by way of the product team, where he led the development of interactive and social media tools, and helped define the AdaptiveAds platform. Prior to AdaptiveAds, Art was Director of Product Management at Pictureal, and in a previous life he was a beat reporter and freelance journalist for national publications including The Boston Globe and the managing editor of siliconindia. He also worked on Global Knowledge Management for law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He holds a BA from Stanford University.

DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY
Ashok manages technology development, serving as the key architect and driving force behind the design and realization of AdaptiveAds products. He brings to AdaptiveAds over a decade of experience in technology development and engineering management at the highest levels of the Indian IT industry. Most recently he headed the Software Development and DBA teams at Aditya Birla Minacs (formerly Transworks), an 11,000 person multinational BPO firm. He has held positions as a programmer and manager at several top-tier technology companies, including Boston Computers and ARDL. |
